50.8 percent of the U.S. Population are women. Women earn more than 57 percent of undergraduate degrees and 59 percent of graduate degrees. Women account for 47 percent of the labor force and yet their representation in politics, medicine, the law and so many other fields is far less than men. Only 12.5 percent of chief financial officers in Fortune 500 companies are women.
We must show our daughters/sisters/girlfriends that they are smart enough, capable enough and deserving enough for any job they want.
