Give girls wings, be bold, the world will be a better place!

International Day of the Girl was established by the United Nations in 2012, 10 years later celebrating this holiday internationally, gives an invaluable platform for all girls everywhere to demand social equality.

Do you have books about all kinds of women in your house?

Do you have toys in your home that reflect diversity? Like a Malala Yousafzai doll from Little Rebels?

There has been an up tick in opportunities for women, but female CEOs, females in politics, female policy makers are woefully limited. Women face so many challenges, more so now with COVID-19, humanitarian conflicts and even climate change. However, we have learned to pivot, we have developed grit and we have become resourceful.

Invest in the future, believe in the power of girls and women, let your daughters, sisters, mothers and grandmothers be change-makers.

Find the right school, that has the right values, and not only want social equity, but drives the curriculum and mission of the school to make it happen. Let all girls fly!
