10 life lessons:
Give back, it always feels good and takes your mind off of your own problems
Always make eye contact, it shows you are connecting, and everyone likes that
If you think you might be doing something wrong, say to yourself, good idea or bad idea? (sometimes you have to say that a few times :) )
Be kind, no one ever says, that person was way too kind
5 Say what you mean and mean what you say, people like others who talk the
talk AND walk the walk
6 Have a daily and weekly run sheet, it keeps you get ready for the day or the
week
7 When you open a door, look behind you, no one likes a door slammed in their face
8 Before you take a seat on a bus or a train, check to see if there isn't someone nearby who needs the seat more than you do
9. If you see someone acting erratically, step away from the crazy
Stand up for a friend who is being bullied, it's a sign of strength
None of these actions costs anything, but they all provide great dividends.
